Helium Health, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Senior Technical Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support professionals and providing exceptional support to our customers.
- Manage a team of technical support professionals and provide mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement support strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Analyze support data and provide recommendations to improve the support process
- Conduct regular training sessions for the support team to keep them updated on the latest product features
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and cloud computing technologies is preferred
