As the Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support professionals and providing exceptional support to our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technical support professionals and provide mentorship and guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement support strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Analyze support data and provide recommendations to improve the support process
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the support team to keep them updated on the latest product features
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and cloud computing technologies is preferred
