Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing tactical and execution support on recruitment activities, performance management, learning and development, and other HR initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure that the HR function supports the overall business objectives.


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s objectives and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career development plans.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure that all grievances are resolved in a timely and fair manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
  • Manage the HRIS or HRMS software and ensure that employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR activities are cost-effective.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
