Hospital Manager Vacancy at GP Consulting

GP Consulting – Our client is a five-star 80 bed multi-specialty hospital with modern medical equipment and facilities, located in Ikeja, Lagos mainland, Lagos State. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hospital Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

As the Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing budgets and financial plans, as well as controlling expenditure
• Planning and organizing accommodation, catering, and other related services
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Dealing with patient and employee complaints
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting accordingly
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers
• Carrying out inspections of property and services
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
• Liaising with other internal stakeholders to ensure patient and client satisfaction and business success.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience (with at least 5 years in the same or a similar position)
• Previous experience in Hotel/Hospitality Management in a standard setting is a requirement
• Previous or current experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage

We offer a competitive salary package, which is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Our benefits package is also above industry average.
