Lily Hospitals Limited, a leading hospital in Nigeria with multiple locations in Benin, Warri, Okuokoko, is currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join their team in Warri, Delta.

As a Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will be responsible for the clinical, managerial, financial aspects and clinical governance of the Ophthalmology Department. You will provide clinical leadership for all eye care and deliver specialized eye care while providing expert ophthalmic advice. Your role will involve coordinating the delivery of eyewear products to customers according to specified guidelines, ensuring the maintenance of equipment, keeping stock of unit equipment and consumables, and advising patients on lens and frame selections.
To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum academic qualification of a Fellowship degree at either West African College of Surgeons or National Postgraduate Medical College or relevant qualification, 5 to 7 years relevant work experience preferably in the health sector, membership of Nigeria Medical Association, and be a member of ophthalmology society of Nigeria both local and national. Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills, as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, are also required.
