Caregiver position available at Greymate Care
At Greymate Care, we are passionate about delivering exceptional in-home care services to the elderly, vulnerable, convalescent, and disabled in Nigeria. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology enable us to provide companionship, home help, personal care, and 24/7/live-in services to our clients.
We are currently seeking to hire a dedicated and compassionate Greymate Caregiver to join our team on a full-time basis in Nigeria. As a Key Worker under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our service users. Your responsibilities will include assisting service users with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. You will also provide physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with service users. You will be expected to help maintain accurate records and undertake ongoing training, while generally promoting our service users’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have some experience in a care environment, although this is not as essential as your genuine desire to develop a career in this field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team are necessary. You should have a respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature, and a belief in giving your personal best at all times and striving for continuous improvement. Additionally, you should have a Smart phone for the Greymate Care App.
The salary range for this position is N30,000 – N50,000 per month, and the application closing date is 29th April, 2023.
