It is the first private hospital in Nigeria to achieve ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification from the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) and was also recently accredited with COHSASA (Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) Certificate.

Job Summary
- As the Branding & Creative Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our brand strategy across various touchpoints.
- You will lead a team of creative designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, visual appeal, and a strong brand presence.
- Your creativity and strategic thinking will drive the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and sets us apart in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall branding strategy, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of creative designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conceptualize and design visual assets for various channels, including but not limited to: digital platforms, print materials, packaging, advertising, and events.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovative and forward-thinking design solutions.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all brand touchpoints adhere to the established standards.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to enhance creative capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of design initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, BA or BSc.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, creative design, and visual communication, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor a creative team.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align design decisions with broader business goals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- With practical understanding of brand design and communication tools (UI/UXD and Digital marketing techniques)
